Your data and LaborLens

Information we process

• Uploaded PDF, Excel or CSV files and the compensation information they contain
• Technician name, employer or dealer, report month, job title, repair orders, operation codes, hours and earnings extracted from a report
• Account email, account identifier and authentication status
• Consent records, limited connection information and audit events used for security and support
• Feedback messages and associated account or report context
• Questions sent to LaborLens AI and the structured analysis needed to answer them

How we use information

• Parse and display compensation analytics
• Save and compare reports for account holders
• Provide authorized administrative review and product support
• Generate optional AI explanations
• Protect the service, enforce limits, investigate errors and improve report recognition

Service providers

LaborLens uses service providers to operate the product. Hosting and storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Account authentication is provided through Supabase. When you choose LaborLens AI, your question and relevant structured report analysis are sent to Google Gemini to generate a response. LaborLens does not send the original PDF to Gemini for this feature.

Sharing and advertising

LaborLens does not currently sell personal information or use compensation reports for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to service providers operating the product, to comply with law, protect users and the service, or with your direction.

Access and visibility

A guest result can be opened by anyone who possesses its private report link. A report saved to an account is available to that account. Authorized LaborLens administrators can access uploaded reports for processing, security and support. Do not share private report links with people who should not see the report.

Retention and deletion

Reports and related records are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain monthly history, resolve support or security issues and meet legal obligations. Account holders can delete saved reports from My Reports. For other access, correction or deletion requests, use Contact. Provider backups and required security or consent records may remain for a limited period after deletion.

Security

LaborLens uses HTTPS, access controls, server-side secrets, scoped report links and security logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected vulnerabilities through Contact.

Children and changes

LaborLens is intended for working adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product changes; the effective date will be updated here.
