Use the Feedback button in the lower corner of any LaborLens page. Messages are delivered to the LaborLens administrator mailbox.

Product support
Choose Report a problem and describe what happened, the page you were using and the result you expected. Do not include passwords, full Social Security numbers, bank details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Privacy requests
Choose General feedback and begin your message with “Privacy request.” Include the email used for your LaborLens account and describe whether you are requesting access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account or report before acting.
Security reports
Choose Report a problem and begin your message with “Security report.” Describe the issue without accessing, downloading or changing another person’s data. We will review good-faith reports.
Payroll questions
LaborLens can explain the report, but your employer or payroll department remains the authoritative source for corrections, tax withholding and payment decisions.
